Probably the nicest thing I can say, Tron: Legacy is that it's pretty much in common with its predecessor, the film has not much sense. However, the original Tron is not the stimuli. Stimuli, the Tron: Legacy decided it could do without. In short, this film is a mess. Now I've never run a multi-billion dollar entertainment company, so that I dare never doubt the fine folks at Disney, but to hire someone who has never directed a movie BEFORE perhaps not a step that I made would have if I wanted to have a new franchise, I thought the same as the pirates or avatar be starting. (Made other than the bad acting, terrible script, and also the honor of being the only movie I've ever seen who hate me Michael Sheen) One thing this movie is missing is ambition.
Films that feels this film it is a very good sci-fi epics: Blade Runner, The Matrix and The Fifth Element. The sad fact is that the movies that this film actually resembles (Battlefield Earth in Tim Burton's Planet of the Apes, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace come to mind) are not very good sci-fi epics, and unfortunately this is not . Now there is something of the story here. But the best way to make a movie for you is not. Too many questions about it, or even think too much about it. This film had a lot of things to offer to the first of which is a fanatical fanboy audience that wanted GREAT Tron sequel. Unfortunately, the legacy is never realize that potential and instead delivers a lackluster "The Messiah of the digital age" stereotype that we have seen before, and in fact, these Tron himself almost 30 years ago.
